members
or --store ./ourcana.json members
or --store ./ourcana.json members --archived
or --store ./ourcana.json ls --frontingls is an alias for members. Archived members are hidden unless --archived is set. --fronting restricts the list to members in live front events; it does not override the archived filter.
Captured --json members output from the synthetic two-member store used for this manual:
[
{
"archived": false,
"color": "336699",
"fronting": false,
"id": "alex",
"name": "Alex",
"pronouns": "they/them"
},

"name": "Sam",
"pronouns": "she/her"

]This is a list projection, not a full export of member records.
member
or --store ./ourcana.json member "Alex"
or --store ./ourcana.json --json member "Alex"Name matching uses case-insensitive exact, prefix, then substring matches, with the first match in store order winning. The terminal card includes the description, tags and PluralKit ID when present. JSON returns the full serialized member record, which has camelCase model keys rather than the list projection's fields. A missing member exits with status 1.
tags
or --store ./ourcana.json tags
or --store ./ourcana.json --json tagsThe terminal table shows symbols, labels and member counts. JSON returns tag records, including id, label, color and symbol. An empty fixture prints [] in JSON mode.
journal
or --store ./ourcana.json journal --count 5
or --store ./ourcana.json --json journal -n 20Journal entries are newest first by entryDate, with a default limit of 10. Plain output uses the title or a shortened content preview. JSON contains full entry records, including content, timestamps, tag IDs and member IDs. An empty fixture prints [].
info
or --store ./ourcana.json info
or --store ./ourcana.json --json infoinfo shows the system name, counts, format version and selected store path. JSON groups the system fields under system, counts under counts, and includes format, version and store. None of the commands on this page writes to the store.
