Fronting

who, switch and history operate on the local store you select.

who

or who displays live front events, member names and how long they have been fronting. JSON output is an array with members, start_time and co_front.

or --store ./ourcana.json who
or --store ./ourcana.json --json who

Captured JSON output from a synthetic store with no front events:

[]

switch

or --store ./working-copy.json switch "Alex"
or --store ./working-copy.json sw "Alex" "Sam"

sw is an alias for switch. Each name is matched case-insensitively: exact match first, then prefix, then substring. If several members match at the same stage, the first in store order wins. Use full names when a partial name would be ambiguous.

The command resolves every name before changing anything, closes all live front events, and adds one new event at the current time. Multiple names create a co-front. It saves the same local file. JSON output contains switched display names and time in Unix milliseconds.

history

or --store ./ourcana.json history
or --store ./ourcana.json --json history --count 25

History is newest first by start time. The default is 10 events; -n is short for --count. JSON records contain members, start_time, end_time, live and co_front. Times are Unix milliseconds; an ongoing event commonly has end_time equal to zero.

Read the exact help for the command syntax.
